株式会社アイエムは、このたびインド発のグローバルIT企業であるフィデルテクノロジーズ株式会社のグループ会社となり、2026年2月20日付で新たな経営体制へ移行いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
新体制においては、これまで代表取締役社長を務めてまいりました菊池廉也が代表取締役会長に就任し、フィデルテクノロジーズ株式会社代表取締役であり、Fidel Softech Pvt. Ltd. Founder & CEOであるスニル・クルカルニが、当社代表取締役社長に就任いたしました。

Under the new structure, Mr. Renya Kikuchi, who previously served as President and Representative Director, has assumed the position of Chairman and Representative Director. Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, Representative Director of Fidel Technologies Co., Ltd. and Founder & CEO of Fidel Softech Pvt. Ltd., has been appointed as President and Representative Director of IM Co., Ltd.
Through this participation in the Group, we will integrate Japan’s strengths in quality and on-site execution with India’s advanced technological capabilities and talent base to further enhance our digital transformation (DX) support and global IT services. In addition, we will work to create new value as an IT partner connecting Japan and India, including supporting Japanese companies expanding into the Indian market.
